Ithaca Snow Plow

Was out shoveling ALL DAY LONG and got this video of an Ithaca snow plow. This style is what we call the "Scalpel." You can't read it because my Treo camera is crap, but it says "VOLVO" on the side of the long part in the front. Their are two wheels in the front, and then the long "nose" with the blade underneath followed by the main part. The point of this design is that the blade can rotate quite a bit to accomodate narrower streets. This vehicle does NOT drop sand/salt/dirt. The other type of snow plow is the "Pusher" which is just a standard truck with a shovel in front. The "Pusher" is also used to drop sand/salt/dirt.
